UL Certification

What is UL Certification? Do I need it?

UL stands for Underwriters Laboratory and is a common testing plan to verify products meet industry standard safety practices.

UL recognition is for components (pieces and parts) and UL Listed is for stand-alone final products.

Not all products are recommended for UL recognition or UL listing.

We’ll work with you to determine whether your product requires a UL certification.
